Bains Renovations has been renovating Perth homes for over fifteen years. We are family run, which means the person who quotes your job is the person who runs it, and there is nobody in between.
I am a tiler by trade, and after more than fifteen years of it there is not much I have not seen go wrong in a bathroom. Tiling is still the part I am most particular about, because it is the first thing people notice when it has been done badly.
Bains Renovations started in 2009, and we have done more than 500 renovations since. It is a family business, and the short version of what that means is that the same people turn up, and if something is not right you talk to me about it.
The name on the door
Harry Bains
Harry is the owner. He came up as a tiler and still works on the tools, and he is the one who comes out to look at the room, writes the quote and runs the job from the first day to the last.
If something comes up part way through, you ring Harry. There is no office in between.

One point of contact
Harry quotes the job, Harry runs the job. You are not chasing a project manager who has never seen your bathroom.
A settled team
Who is on site depends on the job. There is a core team that does most of the work, and for the licensed trades, the plumbing and the electrical, we use the same people we have worked with for years.
Finished before we leave
The last day is a clean and a walk through with you, not a text message saying the key is under the mat.
Where we work
Across the Perth metropolitan area
We work across the Perth metropolitan area, roughly within 50 km of the CBD. For larger projects we will look further out, so it is worth asking.
